Your game and local data

Survival Pong is a single-player arcade game. You do not create a game account. Your Two Hand and One Hand best scores, settings and ad-frequency counters are saved in the app's private storage on your device. Counters help keep the first two competitive rounds free of ads and limit later interruptions. The game does not upload these records or counters to a game server, and there is no separate player analytics service.

These local values remain until you remove the app's data. Android's app storage controls let you delete local data; doing so also removes your records and preferences. Uninstalling can remove app data. This Android candidate disables automatic cloud backup of app data. Device-to-device transfer behavior can still depend on the Android device manufacturer; the game provides no separate cloud save or transfer service.

Advertising and privacy services

The Android edition uses Google AdMob's Google Mobile Ads Next-Gen SDK and Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP). When network services run, Google may process your IP address (including approximate location), device identifiers and, where applicable, identifiers related to signed-in accounts on the device, app/ad interactions and diagnostics, including SDK crash reports. These services support ad delivery, measurement, service operation and fraud prevention. Google's published description says its ads SDK encrypts transmitted user data using TLS. Google may use its partners to provide advertising services.

Your choices and the applicable regional configuration affect which ads can be requested. UMP checks which privacy information or choices are required. Where offered, use the privacy choices control under Settings → Help & privacy → Privacy policy to revisit them. Changing a choice invalidates the game's prepared ad; future requests follow the SDK's updated status. Declining personalization does not necessarily disable every kind of ad or all service data processing. You can also use Android's advertising-ID controls where available. The game remains playable if an ad cannot be requested or loaded. Gameplay works offline, although ads and consent updates use a network connection.

See how Google uses information from partner apps and Google's Privacy Policy for Google's processing, partners, international transfers, retention and available controls. Deleting local app data does not delete provider-held data. Google provides its own privacy and data request controls.

What the game does not ask you for

There is no game registration, chat, public leaderboard, purchase or payment form. The game does not ask for your name, email, exact location, contacts, camera or microphone. This does not remove the ad SDK's identifier and network processing described above. The publisher does not receive a separate feed of individual scores or touch paths. Local development/QA logs and captures are not a new remote player-telemetry service.

This website

The website is prepared for hosting on Cloudflare Pages. Its pages contain no analytics, advertising scripts, embedded third-party videos or forms. We do not set application cookies here. Images and videos are served with the website. Hosting still requires processing connection information such as IP address, requested URL, time and technical browser information to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. Cloudflare may process this technical data under its own service and security practices; this is separate from local game data and Google's in-app advertising. We have not enabled Cloudflare Web Analytics. See Cloudflare's privacy policy for its processing, retention and international transfers. A link to another provider opens that provider's site and privacy terms.

Contact and retention

The publisher/controller and email contact appear above. An email link opens your own mail application; this website does not submit a form. If you write to us, we receive your address, message and any attachments through Google's Gmail service. We use them to answer your request and investigate the problem, not for a mailing list. Please avoid unnecessary personal or sensitive data. Messages are kept only as long as needed to handle the request and any necessary follow-up or legal obligations. Contact us at the same address to ask about retention or request deletion. Gmail's provider processing is also described in Google's Privacy Policy linked above.

We rely on our legitimate interests in answering support requests and operating and securing the website for those purposes. Advertising choices use the applicable consent and regional mechanisms described above. Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, erase or restrict personal data, object, request portability, withdraw consent or complain to a supervisory authority. Withdrawing consent does not affect prior lawful processing. In Sweden, see IMY.

The current test version does not establish a public target-age declaration. Audience, regional configuration and any required child protections must be finalized before public advertising begins. We update this dated policy when the app or website's actual data practices change.
